The EverGreen Box food program is a USDA program designed to improve the health of low-income people at least 60 years of age, by supplementing their diets with nutritious foods. Food Bank of Wyoming is seeking volunteers to help to deliver boxes to eligible seniors. You must be at least 18 years old to volunteer for this position and complete a background check.
Volunteers must be comfortable interacting with clients and be courteous and personable when interacting with the public. Physical requirements include the ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally carry boxes up flights of stairs, and be comfortable moving equipment like dollies and hand trucks.
