Applications are now open for this year's Alternative Spring Break programs. These programs are a great opportunity to learn, serve, and travel during the break!
The 2026 Alternative Spring Breaks are:
- Community Health (Williamson, WV)
- Animal Welfare (Kanab, UT)
- Conservation, Stewardship, and Recreation (Moab, UT)
- Affordable Housing (Taos, NM)
Applications are due November 9, 2025! Missed the deadline? You can still apply! Once all the spots on a particular trip are filled, you will be added to a waitlist and contacted if space becomes available.

You must be a full-time, Laramie campus-based, Consolidated Student Services fee-paying UW student in good academic and disciplinary standing to participate in the Alternative Breaks program.
