Opportunity Description:
Be the welcoming face of our clinic while supporting day-to-day operations at the front desk. As a Reception/General Volunteer, you’ll help patients check in, manage phone calls, and keep our reception and waiting areas organized and inviting. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with our electronic health record (EHR) system, Athena, while assisting with patient paperwork, medications, and other front office needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients

• Assist patients with paperwork and medications as needed

• Answer and route phone calls

• Learn and use the Athena EHR system

• Keep the reception desk and waiting room clean and organized

• Monitor and restock produce and hygiene bag supplies

• Support other general clinic tasks as needed

Time Commitment:
Flexible : shifts available during clinic hours, first-come, first-served
