Who We Are

Pokes Center for Community Resources exists to provide a centralized location where students and their families can learn about institutional and community resources pertaining to basic life skills, resources and skills development. We serve as a conduit for education and material support in areas such as food and housing security, family support, employment and general living skills and more. All Pokes thrive when basic needs are met!

Pokes Center for Community Resources envisions every student’s basic needs met through a combination of campus, community, and individual efforts.

What We Do

Pokes Center for Community Resources provides basic needs support to our University of Wyoming community. We house the Pokes Food Share Pantry and Campus Community Closet, open to all students, staff, and faculty. We also educate students on campus and community resources related to basic needs (food, clothing, and shelter), pregnancy and parenting, and life skills.
