Combatting Senior Isolation-- Social Event

If you've been wanting to spend more time working with seniors directly, this is the opportunity for you. Friendship Friday will be a social event designed for folks to meet new friends and connect with the Eppson Center community who may otherwise be rather isolated in day to day life. At this event, participants will enjoy fun conversation, snacks, and get any questions answered about our Center and its offerings. As a volunteer, you will facilitate conversations, guide the activities, and overall help to create a fun, welcoming, and warm environment for seniors who might be skeptical to get out of their homes and comfort zones.
